48.3 Team News: Andrew's Next Venture

An open letter from 48.3 Managing Director, Ben Beaumont:

Hello everyone,

I am writing to let you know about some changes at 48.3 that are taking place from next week.

Andrew Kitley will be leaving 48.3 today after over 5.5 years to start a new business venture of his own. His role as Design Manager at 48.3 has been filled by Luke Hunma. Luke has been doing this role now for the last 2.5 months and some of you will already be aware of this change. At 48.3 we believe in hiring from within, and Luke has the perfect skill-set to be very successful in his new role – we are all really excited about having Luke managing our design delivery.

Our on-going design service and project delivery will be unaffected by this change – we are actually growing in capacity and capability at the moment, as our newest team members Jack, Agata and Praveena grow into their roles. We will also be starting a recruitment drive in the new year as we continue to plan for our client’s needs, so if you are interested (or know anyone who is interested) in a career in scaffolding design, please keep a look out for that.

Usually people leave companies and the first you heard of it is when their email bounces back or their Linkedin profile changes – well, we are slightly different, we want to keep you updated with our developments, and we also want to do everything we can to support Andrew as he starts his new journey. Therefore, I asked Andrew to provide a short introduction to his new business so that if you are interested in working with Andrew, you know exactly where to find him!

Andrew’s new business is called ‘Unruly Logic’ and this is his introduction:

“Unruly Logic has been built on a core understanding: the name was derived from the Co-founders’ belief that following the ‘status quo’ within your industry doesn’t help you stand out amongst the noise, and that a company must ‘pivot’ or ‘disrupt’ their industries to lead it.

We work in partnership with our clients to create solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses grow, become more productive, improve their management capabilities, gain market share and become recognised industry wide.

“For more information on our business consultancy, social media & marketing, and finance. Please feel free to contact me at or 07841412261.”

On behalf of 48.3 and my fellow directors, we would like to publically thank Andrew for everything he has done for 48.3 – he will always be part of our family and have a home at 48.3. He has been integral to the growth and success we have achieved and will be missed. Andrew and I remain close friends, and 48.3 and Unruly Logic will continue to work together, so please don’t be surprised when you see us working together on projects in the future!

Kind regards,

Ben Beaumont | Managing Director
