Details:

Fully encapsulated independent access scaffolds for glazing replacement & repair works. The scaffold included a series of high level lifting beams, system stairtowers, public protection fans and loading bays. The tallest elevation required extensive bridging over existing car park entrances which remained in use during the works.

High wind loads coming off the sea made the sheeting and tying of the top lifts critical and specific tie systems had to be developed to allow the repair of cladding and replacing of glazing.
